Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders totaling $99+ (after any discounts).

Flat Rate Shipping for all orders under $99.00 will be $9.99.

Your order's weight total will be shown at the bottom of your cart before checkout.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping method and couriers that best ensure fast delivery and efficient service.

Please note that any areas that are considered "rural" could take an extra business day to arrive.

Standard Shipping & Processing

All items are shipped from New York. It takes 1 to 2 days to process an order before it is shipped on in-stock items. Any order placed with standard shipping can take 2-10 business days for your order to be received. 

Your order's shipping time will depend on the shipping option that you select. If you are eligible for free shipping, the delivery method that we use is standard shipping, which takes 2 to 10 business days.

If your order is placed from Monday through Thursday, it will be shipped that day or the following day. Orders placed after 2PM EST on Thursday and on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. 

There might be a delay during holidays or peak seasons. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

We do not take responsibility for undelivered or lost packages due to inaccurate or wrong addresses.  

At this time, we do NOT offer shipping to PO BOXES, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or Puerto Rico.

Shipping to Internationally is also not available.

Expedited Shipping

If you need expedited shipping, your order will be prioritized before all other standard shipping orders and will ship usually within 24 hrs. The cut-off for expedited shipping is 2PM EST. Please contact us at sales@lovitalygourmet.com or call us at (917) 858-1390 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (EST) so we can arrange the quickest and most efficient way to get you your order.

Tracking

All fulfilled orders will receive tracking information upon shipment. If you have any questions about the status of an order, contact sales@lovitalygourmet.com with your order number and we will assist you!
