De Cecco Rotelle No 54 Wagon Wheels Pasta 1 lb (453g) Box

Bring the classic wagon wheel cut to your family table with De Cecco Rotelle no. 54 Enriched Macaroni Product (1 lb / 453 g). Crafted in Fara San Martino, Abruzzo, by master pasta makers De Cecco (Mugnai dal 1831), this playful wheel-shaped pasta is engineered to capture thick sauces inside its spokes and outer rim.

Following the historic Metodo De Cecco, this pasta is made using selected high-protein durum wheat, coarse-grain semolina, and cold spring water from the Majella mountains (under 59°F). Extruded through coarse bronze drawplates for ideal surface porosity and certified slow-dried for 9 hours at gentle temperatures, it delivers signature al dente chew and rich wheat flavor. Perfect for pasta salads, baked casseroles, hearty meat ragù, and vegetable-loaded broths.

• Iconic Wagon Wheel Cut (Rotelle no. 54): Spoke-and-rim design holds peas, minced meat, and rich sauces in every bite.

• Certified 9-Hour Slow Drying: Preserves the natural aroma, color, and nutritional profile of the durum semolina.

• Bronze-Drawn Coarse Surface: Coarse texture allows sauces to cling evenly without sliding off.

• Pure Majella Mountain Water: Kneaded with cold mountain spring water for superior dough firmness.

• Cooking Time: Cooks to firm al dente perfection in 10 minutes (total cooking time 12 minutes).

• Authentic Product of Italy: Crafted in Fara San Martino, Italy, certified Non-GMO Project Verified.
