Bring the legendary culinary heritage of Emilia-Romagna to your table with Fini Modena 1912 Antica Bottega Tortellini con Prosciutto Crudo e Parmigiano Reggiano (250g). Crafted in Modena since 1912 (Dal 1912, portiamo in tavola i veri sapori emiliani), Fini celebrates generations of pasta-making mastery with this classic filled egg pasta.

Made using thin, silky pasta dough prepared exclusively from 100% Italian flour and barn-laid Italian eggs (Farine e Uova 100% Italiane), each parcel is generously stuffed with savory dry-cured Prosciutto Crudo and authentic aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Perfectly portioned at 250g, it cooks in just 2 minutes (2 Minuti). Serve floating in a steaming, rich capon or beef broth (tortellini in brodo), or toss simply in melted butter and fresh sage with an extra dusting of Parmigiano Reggiano.

  • Authentic Emilian Heritage: Masterfully crafted in Modena, Italy, following historic recipes established in 1912.

  • Gourmet Meat & Cheese Filling: Stuffed with savory Prosciutto Crudo and authentic PDO Parmigiano Reggiano.
