Extruded through traditional bronze dies (Trafilata al Bronzo) and dried slowly at gentle, low temperatures according to the historic Cirillo Method (Lenta Essiccazione / Metodo Cirillo), it boasts a chalky, porous surface that grips rich sauces effortlessly.
