Motta Panettone Tartufone 800g is a traditional, naturally leavened Panettone that is significantly enriched with chocolate. It is usually filled with a creamy chocolate filling (often with a dark chocolate or "truffle" intensity), and is coated with a dark chocolate glaze and topped with chocolate decorations.
This cake offers a classic soft Panettone texture but with a dominant, rich, intense chocolate flavor due to the filling and exterior coating, making it a very popular alternative to the traditional fruit Panettone.
Note: Like other specialty Panettones, this version is typically made without candied fruit and raisins.
