Bring the authentic taste of Sicilian culinary tradition into your home kitchen with Nonna Carmen Italian Style Norma Sauce (24 oz / 680g Glass Jar). Made in Italy using 100% Italian vine-ripened tomatoes (Prodotto Made in Italy - 100% Italiano), this homestyle red sauce combines sweet Mediterranean tomatoes with tender pieces of savory eggplant (Tomato Sauce with Eggplant).

Slow-simmered from rich tomato pulp and concentrated tomato paste in pure olive oil, this traditional sauce is infused with diced eggplant, onions, garlic, aromatic parsley, wild oregano, and a touch of sea salt. Certified gluten-free, all-natural, and Non-GMO, this family-sized 24 oz jar provides about 6 hearty servings (at 1/2 cup / 113g each) with only 45 calories and 1g of fat per serving. Warm gently and toss with rigatoni, penne, or spaghetti topped with salted ricotta cheese (ricotta salata), or spoon it over baked chicken, polenta, and roasted vegetables.
