Bring the exquisite aroma of fine Italian truffles to your kitchen with Pasta Pirro Tagliolini con Tartufo Estivo di Calabria (500g / 17.6 oz Luxury Gift Box). Produced in Corigliano-Rossano (Cosenza), Italy, by Pastificio Pirro, this specialty long egg pasta combines traditional bronze-drawn artisan methods with the prized black summer truffle harvested in Calabria (Tartufo Nero di Calabria – Tuber Aestivum Vitt.).
Made from premium durum wheat semolina, 20% fresh eggs, and 3% real black summer truffle, these delicate, thin-ribbon tagliolini strands cook fast—reaching an authentic al dente chew in just 2 minutes (Cottura in 2 minuti). Packaged in an elegant windowed presentation box with an integrated carry handle, this generous 500g pack delivers a rich, earthy flavor profile that needs little more than melted creamery butter, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano.
