Bring an iconic coastal Italian pasta experience to your dining room with Pasta Pirro Scialatielli con Nero di Seppia, Limone e Curcuma (250g / 8.8 oz Bag). Crafted in Corigliano-Rossano (Cosenza), Italy, by artisan maker Pastificio Pirro, this striking specialty cut features thick, ribbon-like scialatielli strands that combine rich Mediterranean squid ink with bright citrus and warm turmeric.
Made from premium durum wheat semolina (semola di grano duro), this distinctive dual-tone pasta pairs deep ebony strands infused with 3% squid ink (nero di seppia) alongside golden strands infused with 3% lemon (limone) and 1% turmeric (curcuma). The slightly textured surface grips light oil and seafood sauces effortlessly. Delivering about 4.5 servings per pack with zero cholesterol and zero sodium, it creates a restaurant-quality base for fresh mussels, clams, shrimp, calamari, or simple garlic and extra virgin olive oil sautés.
